I am definitely interested hows you go with it too. Its prob ably overkill for most of my current projects but my future ones this will be awesome.
It’s currently destined for a project to control my house lighting. Which is currently in planning with my mate who’s an electrician.

Ohhh, there have been some yield problems relating to switching between programming mode and bootloader. But I thought most of them were shipped!

The research I did on it made it sound like the PoE aspect wasn’t quite to spec so while it worked it wouldn’t be as robust as it should be. Perhaps it was a criticism of the power isolation?
It actually looks like now they have an isolated 25EUR version that might be worth looking into ESP32-POE-ISO
